He did not betray Xiaoman. If not, he would have with Andrew together.At least he bothered to kill Andrew in order to save her life and defend himself at the same time.
I think Dewei hated Yuze TTM coz that 4 person killed his father 15 years ago, he was already angry about that.
And Zheng Ge Ping is also a bad guy. He might kill Savage for the self defense.

I think Andrew was trying to shoot de wei instead of xiaoman. But dewei faster and killed him.

andrew was threatened (by dewei's capturing of his dotter) so he had to shoot xiaoman
and again, dewei appeared at the right moment.......... or rather, he was waiting for the moment to open fire when andrew's finger twitched on the triggerhis acting was lousy since the beginning.
forgivable since he is still newbie.the other one i cant stand in this show is xiaomei.
