没有象.......
whats with the korean actors and actresses committing suicide becoming a fad?
korea is now one of the countries having the highest suicide rate in the world
btw, he came to singapore in 2003 for concert before. RIP
I saw him on TV before o.o what the hell, I realised Korea has many actors commiting suicide these few years man..
i believe his fans would be sad...
many reasons for such action and though we thought it foolish but the celebrities' have certain pressures and high expectations unknown to the public...and the rate has been increasing for celebrities...
their higher esteem as a "role model" raise the stakes for greater suicide attempts even at the slightest maladjustment towards negative public comments...this is also complicated with much publicized loved entanglements, family problems/disputes and abandonment from friends all come at a go to a hilt...leading to initial manic depression and utmost stress. anxieties and become extreme schizophrenic that leads to unclear ind to make a decision to solve all their problems with "the" permanent solution - suicide...
so sad for him and family...
Bless him
i think he really really wanted to escape acting in those horrid Korean drama serials !!!
maybe SKorea losing to Uruguay pushed him over the edge !
Wasn't he in Winter Sonata where he acted as the second guy dating the lead actress?!
He committed suicide in the film in a pre-arranged car accident right?
Gosh the irony.
is it koreans are easily get into depression and getting emotional ? there are many korean dramas showing tragedies etc. i went to korea many years ago. that time the korean tour guide told us that in korea, if one fight in the war, one will not be considered a heroe unless that person died during the war. is that their culture ?
so all those people in Korea that are still living are a bunch of cowards !

life in korea is very much more stressful than already-so-stressful Singapore.
esp the young ones... education there is hell brutal. Gosh you guys should see how their education system works. night cram schools.
you think tuition in sg is excessive, the koreans there force their kids into cram schools overnight. literally 20hrs of studying, 4hrs of sleep, and nothing else...
dun believe what kbs, mbc, sbs or the other broadcasting firms in korea show about korean youths being gamers. that is just a small percenta%e.
