- Her english is annoying on the radio!

" The outside was raining, so I went to make my hair and slept longer due to the cool whether."

The last part of your sentence explains why everyone is giving her a tough time.
A 'nice' person does not turn up two hours late for work just because the rain made her sleep and she felt like having a hair job done.
With this kind of cockiness, she wouldn't last two weeks in the real world.

You know, the facebook group that says "Remove Ris Low from 987" ... I think they should just change it to "Remove Ris Low from Earth". She can go live on the moon or Mars for a change...
