Viet PR divorce SG husband

  Hi Guys,

  Need some advise. Going to be straight forward.

  My friend: Vietnamese (with P/R status) marry Local (Singaporean Men)

  My friend wanted to divorce, If 2 party agree with divorce will she lost PR status (No working in SG)???

  Can she get marry straight forward or needed to wait like 3 years???
