How much money should one give for wedding dinner/lunch?

Just wondering, whats the standard or current "market rate" to give the host at the wedding dinner? Are there any other factors to take into consideration when packing the red packet? Would appreciate some help here as Im new to this. Thanks all!

How close are you to them? My range is usually 60 to 120 bucks.
I normally give the max to close friends, even if I don't turn up for their dinner regardless of location. I give the minimum to not so close, regardless of location.
If not close, but good location, I give 80, so usually I give 60, 80, 100, or 120. Don't give odd values, odd values are for white gold.

You can give less for lunch, because the table rates are cheaper. Weekday weddings are much much cheaper also.
