Anyone ever witnessed a public marriage proposal before?

  Just a thought.

  Have you ever seen a public marriage proposal in person before? It can be in a restaurant or along Orchard Road, where the guy goes down on his knee to propose to his girl. Then what would you, a person in the crowd, do upon seeing such a scene? Continue minding your own business? Praise him for his bravery and cheer the guy on? And how would you react if the girl actually rejected his proposal there and then and just walked off? Go up and console the guy? Laugh at him because he embarrassed himself? Or just continue on with your own thing?

  Nope...nv seen such a thing...but when I was in pri sch got this stupid guy ask me this gf pretty notx?...then I bo pian have to say yes lol

  Only on TV, or whatever is reported in papers. Girl might not like it, seems like pretty attention seeking.

  now...I think most likely continue to do my own thing...if I am in the mood...laugh at him for doing such a stupid thing.

  I have seen before, so funny. The guy is really thick skin, it makes the gal so embarassing. I think if i am proposed by a guy, i will straight away reject it, it not nice to publicise our love, you dun have to do that, it makes me think this guy is overly exaggarating and impatience.

  By so far, lucky for me, no one propose to me before, most only ask how much i cost, bloody hell...
