hi gals and guys whoever able to help....... i wanna go whiten my teeth... anyone tried out and what's ur after feeling and stuff??
any dentist and price i can take into consideration?? or shd i just check out with my regular dentist?? wish to have a gauge on the price.....

i wanna do that too! have got healthy teeth but stain easily... tried lotsa tooth whitening stuff but none that's really good.
also, i've been thinking of getting braces forever! but scared of pain and looking ugly... heard the mount eliz orthodontist is qutie good. not sure if ortho do whithening tho...

I recommend you go to a dentist, he knows best. Those DIY kits you can find at leading supermarts and pharmacies, erm not so favoured. Some of those contain really powerful chemicals which can wear down your enamel faster than 8 years worth of zhen zhu nai cha.

u can buy whitening cream ( same as brushing teeth ) from dentist, my frd tried it, seemed not bad
