I have been taking that too. But last few months not too consistent though. Always forget to take. The result is great. I take that to prevent water retention.

Dunno why, but whenever I take evening primrose, I get pimples on my back. But nevermind. cuz I don't wear bare back.

that's the problem....evening primrose is darn heaty....so it's either you drink lotsa water or liang teh......if not, try to reduce the usual dosage into half...and gradually increase the dosage to desired amt lor...
erm...that's wat i hear a couple of my colleagues say one lar.. -
try the 'ye jian cao you' from Nutrilite, quite gd....

Gotta take a certain amount of EPO for it to be effective against cramps. Yet at this high dosage, most of us will get heaty. Unfortunately, too low level of EPO will not yield any results at all.
