I hate it when they come to me with their calculator. You know we tai tai just want to have a moment of relaxation, not thinking about work/household stress... just sit there and have our nails beautified. But these girls always.. always have to stress me out with numbers and numbers and numbers. "You know ahhh today you pay $36 for this this this, if you buy a package of TWENTY sessions, you only pay $20 each time... blah blah blah" ... then you see the girl doing the multiplication, division, addition and substraction etc etc. They are just short of doing the square and square root only.
Nowadays I see them holding the calculator, I literally turn my head and look away. sometimes even close my eyes pretending to doze off. LOL
I only go Nail Palace if I don't have a choice
They tend to close later than other shops so if I really have to fix my nails, I'll step in their shop. Plus, they are usually the ones available without an appointment

go back to salon for soak off and buff off.

wah so meaning the price of gel polish is not as what it seems..:(
if u done the gel polish at tt salon, go back to soak off usually free unless stated otherwise
but usually charge like $10
even if it is free, after they soak off they will say ur nails are ruined need to go treatment like nail mask or apply treatment polish, and u will need to pay, of cos.
I find gelish very damaging to the nails :(
Usually the fancy nail art I keep it on my toes
I peel them off or wait for them to grow out too
These days I leave gelish for CNY and Christmas etc
I rather stick to regular polish for normal days
glitter is a bitch to remove
