Japanese women's faces lighter

The complexion of Japanese women is on average 10 percent lighter than it was in the early 1990s, a comparison of data by Shiseido Co. has found.
For women in their 30s, facial skin tones have become even lighter--20 percent more so than for women of the same age bracket in the early '90s, Shiseido found.
The study by Shiseido researchers compared data on the skin color of women's cheeks from about 1,900 women aged 20 to 59 over three periods: 1991-1992, 1999-2002 and 2004-2006.
Overall, facial skin tone was 10 percent lighter in 2004-2006 than it was in 1991-1992.(IHT/Asahi: May 19,2009)

I read Sunday's Classified where they interviewed this Chinese lady who does Jamu massages for new mothers.
My malay friends been raving about jamu massages cos it trims their stomach, even without childbirth.
Any recommendation for chinese to have those massages? I know some Jamu spas only take in malay lady clients.

I signed up a slimming massage at Frankel Avenue called the Indonesian Massage and Herbal Spa. It's located near the junction.
Quite affordable. I paid less than $1000 for 10 sessions and have 2 sessions free. Seeing results. But work too busy for me to go.
Quite painful thought. Cuz the malay auntie really strong.
They don't hard sell. I ownself ask and buy one. Cuz the price quite ok. Unlike those Marie France dunno what that can cost you a few months x your salary one.

Atos Wellness, very pushy..... bought a package, shortly after they will keep pushing you to upgrade the existing package. Endless cycles.... stopped going already.
Indonesian Massage and Herbal Spa prices look really reasonable. Just checked out their facilities, with the type of decor at these prices, seems like a good choice.
