I did it once with her when my hair was very long and she only charged me $65. This time my hair is only around chin length but the ends are all curling up, so dunno how much she will charge.
But most importantly is she is really good at what she is doing; I got lots of compliments after I rebonded my hair last time :)
Does she provides hair cut services? :)

Take Care of Your Hair !
Hair rinse: Apple cider vinegar gets rid of residue build-up on hair,
leaving it soft and shiny. Mix 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 quart
water and use as a final rinse after shampooing.
Dandruff fighter: Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar to 3 parts warm water
to balance scalp pH and control dandruff. You can also apply undiluted
vinegar to the scalp. Allow it to penetrate, then shampoo with a mild
shampoo.
I dont know for sure if it will work cause i only drink apple cider to detox.
twister @ hougang mall (under monsoon hair group)
wash cut blow $19.90 (by senior hairstylist)
dunno until when
Xiao man, the top taiwanese hairstylist who appears often at nu ren wo zui da has book on hair. Have yet to take a look at it. She is real good!
anyone been to Anthony Hair Boutique?
I just did hair extension, after many months of contemplating and researching.
I did it at a shop at Far East Plaza. So far, very happy with how it turns out. Ppl in my office like my new look...hehehe They say very feminine and very sexy...heeee
I have never had such long hair all my life. Always somewhere between shoulder and bra line, then it stops growing. Very frustrated over such length, neither here nor there. Now I have long flowing hair :D

I haven't tried apple cider. But tried white vinegar before. It tremendously cut down on falling hair. But then cuz vinegar got a smell I dun like, so I stopped.
snip avenue offers haircut at $3.80
always long Q
I tried Snipe Avenue a couple of times for hair cut, it is hopeless.
First time, the hairstylist gave me a bad fringe cut.
The second time, a different hairstylist instead of giving me a whole head hair cut, cut only the outline of the hair.
Turnover rate of the staff is high.
They are good at colouring.
Think they are doing fine where hair cut for children is concerned.
