how often do u guys scrub urselves?
might it be using puffs...loofahs....exofoliating scrubs...wats ur recommendations?

once a week (if i can remember) - using TBS passionfruit body scrub
once a week (if i bother) - using TBS exfoliate towel with shower gel -
Body scrub from Body Shop - really fruity smell! About once a week. But I use a loofah with every other day with my shower gel.

Am currently reduced to using only this because I am so lazy.
Ginvera Cooling Shower Gel with Vinegar. Been lazy to use the 'flower'.
But been regular with the use of the pumice stone for the bottom of my feet. Still got plenty of not very pretty dead skins on the soles of the feet.

Shower gel/cream/foam/soap that contains Sodium Lauryl Sulphate is drying to the skin.
DErmatologist had done research and reported that SLF is a very cheap chemical used in car washing products, shampoo, soap. It is a strong chemical and caused dryness.

700ml bottle for $4.95
just started using TBS mango body scrub
the granules melt as u scrub
makes skin feels a bit "oily" even after washing off
now i know wat i meant by for very dry skin (the SA warned me)
but i like mango so i insisted on trying
smell quite lasting oso -
Now in the bathroom trying to use them up:
Johnsons Naturally White (dont like the smell)
Dove Gentle Exfloliating Wash (dont like the smell too)
L'oreal Exfotonic
Estee Lauder Pleasures shower foam.
Tried the Freeman Blueberry/blackberry body scrub. Wont be buying it again.

A refil of it is $6.80 at Carrefour Plaza Singapura.....
I needed the refil, but the price is like so not enticing me to buy its refil pack.
