Men's Hairstyle

One of my biggest hassle yet!
I've been running out of styles or rather keeping a rather similar one for the last few years. Any men/ladies have any recommendations on what they did like to see?
I'm thinking of a hair cut that's medium length, formally presentable yet flexibly casual. I currently have 'L'(from Deathnote movie) haircut - Not from the movie but his real haircut in reality. Search 'Matsuyama Kenichi' (I think)

i have a haircut recently which has some similarity with takeshi kaneshiro in his recent movie. Acutally the most important is not only to be trendy but also need to be neat, or else cut how nice also not nice. Personal opinion. ;)

Hmm, I'll have to see what that means. Yup, keeping up with thrends and I agree with keeping neat, neat in a trendy way. Messy hair(Or what I'd like to call after-sex hair) is well, only good; after sex.

I don't like spikes. Think it's too punkish and not presentable in a business sense(which is important to me)

it was cool that time to cut "step" and not "slope" at the barber.. cutting step gives u that aaron kwok mushroom hair shape..
nowadays don't know if the barber remembers "step" this term.. they more likely to reply you with "spikey?"

"layers" works in those auntie hairdressers.. barbers somehow don't know.. even if they say they know, they don't cut the "layers" right..
but yeah.. "layers" is also a long time classic cut..
