Scented ones are no use lah.
Anyway, I was using kotex, whisper and recently used Laurier.
Somehow, I find that kotex, I always smelled damn solid stale blood smell.
Then whisper is uncomfortable cos it somehow trapped moisture and my butt cracks there always feels damp and uncomfortable.
The Laurier one didnt have that much of blood smell problem.

My sis told me to buy the one from Eu Yan Sang, when I complaint to her my regular tiredness despite taking chicken essence.

BFW can help reduce the discomfort and breakout during tt time of the month but i no hear before it helps curb tiredness.

really not tat tired and more on time..not sure about pimple though cos its heaty..have to take care of my face...i did pop abit more than usual

my combined supp got high in iron. But I try not to take that when that period coming. Cuz it will cause a lot of flow. and end up very tired and gong gong. -
