I always suffer from bodyaches and bad outbreaks during time of the month :(
The outbreaks become worse if I'm under stress

=) EPO might help..
have yet to buy bai feng wan from yu yan seng..hope it helps to 'strengthen' my body...when i have e budget or time to buy..
i started to have red loose flaky skin around my mouth area when the period is 2 weeks due.
EPO helps to lessen the problems; but the moment i stop it; skin thing will flare up for the whole month.
And until the cancer manifest itself, my periods went irregular and I tend to be suffering from bloating & constipation more often.
curious..how long were e constipation intervals?
issit also due to uterus leaning backwards?

bot a few packs lately...cos watsons got twin pack specials..
cheaper by like 1-2bucks...
Just grab a couple of pills from the doctor when the cramps come.
Got to live with it.
I buy packets of Watson's pads. They are packed into small plastic bags of about 3 nights and 2 day pads together.
Good enough for travelling.
And I only buy Tampax Pearl tampons because the plastic tube is easier to slide in and deposit the tampon.
tampons quite tricky to use...
sometimes u feel lik its gonna be full, but when taken out, only one side is 'used'
to be safe, change tampons every 4 hours on heavy days and 6 hours on lighter days
and wear pantyliner as back-up
me use o.b
no applicator but no issue of inserting
need some practice though
Me use OB tampons only when I go swimming haha. Which is quite rare lolz.
Other times, I use a variety of pads, depending on the flow. But so far the one I like the most is by Kotex, the Ultra Thin with Wings type.

Yah.....I got the same issues with tampons. And whenever I changed to pads for the night, the flow machiam like a lot.
Felt that the tampon didnt work to absorb, just stopper the flow.

I like o.b. It's easier to carry around and in fact I think it's easier to use than the one with the applicator
i have this little pouch from mphosis to contain a tampon, a pad, a pantyliner

maybe some pple who have 'clotty' menses, it doesnt get absorb very well..
for me, dun think e flow changes alot..
but also...come to think of it, quite dumb cos even when using tampon still have to wear pantyliner lik wat FI said...whereby e idea of wearing tampons is to go w.o any pads or liners..
this is a sick world
Anyway, have experience.....
Goes to that Chien Chi Tow foot massage place for a foot massage on my first day of period.......When I walked off, can feel lots of liquids gushing out.
I didnt realise that the flow was too much for the pads to handle and the liquids was stainng my jeans from crotch to knee.
Took a bus and hear a uncle scold something, go home and looked down and realised what had happened.
The rest of the days, no more flow. Think a good massage therapist really clear the body system with the right touches.
