What you girls use to wash your brushes?
I either use face wash and johnson baby shampoo.
Read somewhere that some make up artist uses hair conditioner to wash his brushes.
roll the brushes around in make up remover
then wash with diluted shampoo

anna sui which one?
me using clinique now..superbalanced LP
hmm talking about different types of foundation, can please help advise me on what is the difference eg coverage, blend-ibility etc?
newbie to makeup. sorry!
from heavy to light coverage:
liquid -> 2way cake -> pressed powder -> loose powder
if u are going to wear makeup for long hours, liquid would be most lasting..... touch up at midday or later part of the day with loose powder.....
but can be most problematic too as it can clog pores.....
2way cake would be the most common.....
no need use hand to apply.....
usually gives a smooth matte finish....
pressed powder is pressed loose powder....
for the days u need medium-to-light coverage.... or for touching up......as it's handy to bring out....
loose powder can be used on its own when u need sheer coverage
or use to mattify liquid foundation
some LP comes with shimmer

oic.. Thanks FireIce!
is 2 way cake pore clogging?? cos if im not wrong (i think i am tho ps..) 2 way cake is in compact, like pressed powder?
i used the pressed powder from Clean & Clear before, then it kinda caused some breakouts so i dont use any foundation.
u have to remove makeup thoroughly to prevent pore-clogging......
(pls see other thread on makeup removal/cleansing)
ZA blue case 2way foundie one is quite good.....
and very affordable (buy during watsons 20% off)
revlon oso not bad....
i find clean & clear is for 妹妹...
not suitable for adult skin...
the skincare range oso quite bad...... alot of alcohol.... no good......

i bought liao ler.. yea its not bad.. face doesnt look so oily. but the part where the nose connects to my face become oily face.
when u put ZA 2way foundie, do you feel your face gets a little oily after a few hours?? den just dab oil with tissue and repowder with ZA 2way foundie?
btw i saw one new ZA true white 2way foundie, have you (or anyone else here) tried it? saw that it contain some anti-acne thingy and helps 'lighten' acne scars, pigmentation and stuff. and got vitamin C also! but more ex lor..
ZA 2way foundie got 20% discount now, so u can still buy it. 24.90 vs 30.90 (undiscounted price)

tried that true white foundie before, find that it doesn't really help much. even the sales assistant told me to get the blue one since the true white doesn't really do much.
when shiny nose is out, i blot with blotter then touch-up with LP or PP
it might be patchy or too heavy if u touch up with the foundie
the ZA blue case one is more raved than white case
if u prefer a more power one to prevent shine and also have anti-acne, check out ettusais
wat is the exact name of e za pore minimiser thingy again?
tried looking at watsons...
soldout at many watsons
