  It's a applied on "Tan" that makes you darker for a few days up to a week. Google for "sunless tanning" or "indorr tanning" may give you some results. There are a couple of tanning saloons in Singapore. I know one indoor tanning saloon at China Square Central but not sure if they got sell those applied one aka sunless tan or not.

  you can try swimwear from
  "solar tan thru"
  opaque swimwear but allowing tanning through the material.
  that way you can get the nude sunbathing effect (no more tanlines) while keeping your modesty and in singapore keeping you out of prison

  Artificial tanning through application. DHA(?) colours your epidermise for a few days up to a week. Can generally be called Sunless Tan.
