  Yoz.. discovered PTT quite some time back; while i finds it interesting, has nvr participate.. bt beta be late than nvr!?

  i owaes go for cheap ones.. like neighborhood..
  but there's this one i went in Bugis Village recently.. Elegant Beauty..
  very small shop and be prepared to wait coz very few staff..
  $18 - cut, wash, blow (sometimes additional free treatment)

  Generally looking for a hairstylist who is also able to give good advise on the type of hairstyle... and of coz at reasonale price lah... thinking of perhaps doing some ceramic perm n highlighting...
