The question is, are u willing to spend time and effect to find out what bacteria the packet contain? Is it the same as yakult?
Most people wont bother to spend the time and effect
I'm just interested in what bacteria it is since I'm currently doing research on probiotics so of course I'm willing to spend time to find out what bacteria it is.
I'm sure most people would not bother, but I'm mildly concerned as probiotics is not suitable for everyone.
