Anyone has any idea how to lose those unwanted weight cheap ....... running low of funds.... but however wish to slim down once more .... thanks in advance for all your help......

not only will it improve your health, it will also help to loose weight and fats.
I did it by detoxing and lose about 5 kg and 1 inche of fats around my waist -

I did not detox at any shop or centre.
I simply drink organic powder made of vegetables as vegetables contain fibre and fibre has the properties to loose weight.

oh..i forgot to mention the $. Is less than $100 and last 1 to 3 months depending on how often i drink -

oh..my mum and sis are drinking that..sis said need to drink 6 packs to fully detox..but she din say it's for slimming.
But I ever heard Jacelyn Tay say that 'pai du'..is not really good because u are taking in chemicals to pai du..and u wont know whether they contain toxic or not. -

Correct way of detoxing is not to use chemicals to detox! That defeat the purpose of detoxing!
The purpose of detoxing is to flush out the toxins in our body...if use chemical to detox
then is just a waste of $$$ and it does not make sense to me.
We are taking in chemicals into our body every single minute from the food that we eat all contain some sort of chemicals such as preservatives, colouring etc
Even the air we breathe in have some form of chemicals unless you live in mountain area, far away from factories -

The question is, are u willing to spend time and effect to find out what bacteria the packet contain? Is it the same as yakult?
