chill or not??

  i'm just wondering....do we need to chill the mask before we use or is it as good as it is under room temperature??? will it change the efficient of the mask if we keep it inside the fridge??
  n..... do we scrub our face 1st den cleanse or cleanse 1st den scrub.... wat abt the body????

  better to chill because it will preserve any active enzymes present in the mask.

  up to you, not really necessary i guess.
  
  i dun usually chill it, but sometimes, i will put it in the fridge 10 mins before using. will be cold enough.

  i think its usually cleanse, scrub then mask. like what they do in facials

  Ya, not really necessary, but maybe your could put your face over a bowl of hot water to "steam" your pores open so that it will be easier to breathe andf cleanse the dirt.

  i do agree its helpful to chill mask too. best effect obtained when mask chilled and face steamed

  depends on what kind of mask you using lar.
  if you chill your deep cleanse mask, not nessesary lor.
  but if you using moisture mask(ussualy in gel or liquid form), you chill it is just to let the coolness soothe the skin.
  and moisture mask is used with pores tighten. so, the coolness will also act as that purpose lor.
  
  the procedure will be the same for body.
  but we usually don't do body mask at home one.
  unless you kanna sunburn and need extra moisturizing.
  if not just scrub and moisturize will be enough.
