which shampoo=gd 4 hair?

  Which brand u gals feel that is good for the scalp & hair I feel that shampoo cannot use for too long period, it will lose the effect..& side effect got to change brand.,

  i alternate between different brands... standard set is a treatment shampoo and a treatment conditioner, this one to prevent oil buildup on the scalp thus preventing unnecessasary hairloss... then i use other brands like silkpro's... their conditioner is GOOD... very smooth and soft after use...

  i change evertime i finish one bottle
  but always alternating among loreal, clairol herbal essence, organics, dove, pantene......
  treatment is kerastase and fudge
  styling is vidal sassoon

  Yah I think should go for something mild not too harsh...or else hair will go limp and lifeless.

  I alternate between loreal, silkpro and the watson's beer shampoo..
  
  i can't really say which one is best, becoz if u keep using one, ur hair will get used to it and u won't see much result.
  all 3 are good.
