Cos I don't normally use the "pencil" but use the powder version. I will use a brush to brush the powder on my eyebrow. Then draw the ends with a pencil. (Got little eyebrows...so bo bian)[/b]
definately must apply a base before drawing anything on face.
but it won't be advisable if you apply only the liquid or cream foundation.
the main key is that must let the base be totally sitting on the skin before apply powders.
applying of the powders is just to smoothen out the texture before drawing with pencil.
imagine you try drawing on a sticky surface.
the cream from the pencil will clump.
