What food or beverage is good for complexion?

I know Aloe Vera concentrate is great. Have been drinking like siao!
Somemore it's natural, so it's harmless. Read from somewhere that drinking Aloe Vera drink is like taking an internal shower. So I gather that your "inside" is cleansed, then your face will be bright and clear too.
So far I don't have much skin problems. But then my skin cannot look good forever one. So better to take prevention now before I start aging.
Saw from GNC and Pharmacy, there is such pill called Collegan, right? Does it help?
I also saw that Fancl sell all kinds of supplements for skin. Anyone tried? -

I stayed at my auntie's house for a month a few yrs ago and i had dao huay for breakfast every morning.
and i tell you.. one month later.. woooo!!! you will love your complexion!
another one i heard is tomato lor, suppose to give u rosy cheeks? -
lost of water and fibres to clear ur toxin and waste....
less sugar n less salt, no ciggies/cigars/alcohol, no preserved food/fruits
ur complexion will be ALOT better den u take anything....
and bird's nest has been proven "useless" by scientists.. the zi run yang yan part is cos u use herbs (pao sheng) and cook... it has got ntng to do wif the saliva.... -

I take Aloe Vera concentrate. A bit only, mix with water, then drink. I do that especially first thing in the morning after I get up from bed. Aloe helps to clean your stomach and intestine and also nourish your internal organs. So very good to take. -
I agree, Aloe vera is very good to take and also apply on yr skin also good.
