actually consistent is the thing.
even the best treatment cannot last forever. U need to go like once or twice a month to really improve the condition of yr hair....
alternatively, i choose to do my own treatment at home while showering.
Buy some hair mask, apply and put on shower cap for 15-30mins and wash it off.
the shower cap is for the steaming effect.

I don't find salon treatments very effective. Loreal Kerastase hair masque works well and is economical.

currently using some mud/ clay mask... quite good, but doesnt have pleasant smell though -
I agree.. no need to waste money in salons.
I use the loreal and korea karasys mask for about 5 times a week.
seems like a lot... but my hair is real soft now.
Skip the conditioner...
just leave the mask on after shampooing for 10 mins before washing off. -

there's this hair saloon in AMK, it's near a coffeeshop... his service all very good.. price oso half of wad u paying for outside saloon....

the last time i did at J's was 98 bucks but tts after discount. i think usually abt 148 or sth. but this month in HerWorld got some 30 bucks discount for Hair Spa u guys shld go check it out. they use Kerastase products and each session will start with examination. then according to your scalp, hair and hair end condition, they will use different products. its really damn shiok. smells heavenly also. and u get treated like a princess in the room. jamie yeo does her hair there too. would do it often but bankrupt liao. haha
