Avocado and Carrot face mask
1 avocado mashed
1 carrot cooked, cooled and mashed
half cup cream ( thick prefarably)
1 egg beaten
3 tablespoons honey
Blend all ingredients in a bowl until they form a smooth paste. Gently spread the mixture over your face and leave for 10 min. Rinse off with cool water.
Panic if rashes appear. -
