  think you can try the neighbourhood hair salons ... some provide make up at 20++

  jus one person (u) doing makeup?
  
  i know of some makeup artists tt do makeup and hairdo......
  
  u want to go to the studio to do or u want him/her to do housecall or go hotel?
  
  u can pool a few gal pals to "share cost"
  the makeup artist can go to the hotel room or whoever house to do for a few ppl....more fun and less hassle....

  thanks~ lol. jus wash and blow hair then... did make up myself... spent too much money on accessories...
