Out of body experience

Recently a friend of mine had an out of body experience during her yoga lesson. According to her, her soul floated out of her body.
Later when I checked with a yoga instructor, she said it is true that some people do encountered out of body experiences during yoga classes. The bad news is there is nothing much the instructor can do about it. Students must have the will and determination (conscious mind) to bring their souls back.
Is it really true? What happened if I am unable to get my soul back? I am thinking of taking up yoga lesson leh. -
if your soul went out of your body will it be possess by other souls?

do you have a strong will?
anyway, i've not heard of anyone dropping dead from yoga before.. -

maybe try other exercises? like Pilates or whatever the heck it is that does not require meditation?

people fall asleep at Yoga..
that is a fact..
with sleep you get Narcolepsy, sleep paralysis, and catalepsy.. what is sometimes referred to as Old Hag..
the person feels as if he has left his body and is floating about, above the body and around the room...
this is all due to sleep disorders... -

if u ask me i'll say it's dangerous lah. not only u might not "come back" also what if u want to come back and find it "occupied"?! sounds scary i noe, but the spiritual world is more real than what most would like to believe. no play play ahh.....
just take up things like pilates or tai chi instead?
