who u want me to be.
the one person i wanna really be,
is just me.
i may not be able to
reach the sky for you
tho' i try to stretch as far
still i cant be where you are
i cannot be as tall
or as strong,fast,brave
or perfect
just like you.
i know u do your best
and want me to.
i m sorry but i really
do not wanna be,

The idea is there, the rhythm is there, the flow is there, Â…
What I am a bit confuse here is who is the poet addressing to? Is it from a child to his/her parents? Or from a boy/girl to his/her love?
But what I really like about this poem is the way the poet breaks the lines. You canÂ’t help going with the flow. Splendid.
