Btw, i've read somewhere that our body recognizes our emotions through our body language, so if we smile, our body will detect this language as being happy and we will naturally feel happier.
Yup, I read it up somewhere before, apply the same for other emotions such as anger, depression, etc.
But I have yet to meet anyone who is happy 24/7.
