Been watching too many horror movies or are you referring to your evil twin.Originally posted by seotiblizzard:Are you vengeful tonight?
Will you come back tonight?
Are you enraged because I sliced you apart?
Does your unliving consciousness stray
To that bright summer day
When I killed you and carved out your heart?
Are the chairs in your parlour
Still bloodied and stained?
Have you crawled from your grave site
To haunt me again?
Now my heart's filled with fear
For these sounds which I hear
Make me think that
You've come back tonight

The English or Shakespearean sonnet, developed first by Henry Howard, Earl of Surrey (1517-1547), consists of three quatrains and a couplet--that is, it rhymes abab cdcd efef gg.

I find the sonnet to be a very strict form, not least because of its rhyme scheme but also due to the use of the iambic pentameter.
Regardless, it's a good effort. Very creepy!
Abit of both.Originally posted by DeadPoet:Been watching too many horror movies or are you referring to your evil twin.
