Secrets, laid beneath the melody,
A note, a key.
It's destiny, it is.
Twenty years, a mere blink,
It did not deter her from loving,
Only from returning.
Fate plays a cruel game, it seems,
Just as all melodies would cease,
She soon slipped back into her reality.
They were the right people,
Just in the wrong timings,
I wonder, how could that be?
The old piano standing,
Its destruction pending,
It seemed like the ending.
The old piano's final sing of hasty keys.
He embarked on his voyage of love, of no returning,
Did he fail, or succeed?
A hundred and eight steps,
A small peek,
An eternal love story.
