poem dun have to rythme... it's just one of the techniques. and to force words to rythme sometimes just make the poem sounds awkward.
one way is to read it out loud to urself and see if it flows. not just the words, but the thots behind it...
just read more and keep writing...

she is so weak lah when i saw her at the hospital... rejecting food and crying...
but she didn't notice me in the corner.. it was her father who notice me..

im not literature student, neither do i excel in english as a language.
but i want to write some poems to express my feelings.
Imo, caesura, length of line, punctuations, linebreak, metre /meter, etc. Nope. Are you referring to alliteration, assonace and consonance?
