Actually more than 65, but I have to agree with you soon the average Singaporean is going to become slaves of the local elites and foreign talents.Originally posted by expiringpoet:Whoa!!! (Hi, EP! Long time no see.)
Sigh ."Covering duty" is very common ain't it these days? My boss loves the word "straddle". If possible, he wants everyone to take on PERMANENT double roles at least, so it looks good on him tt he's saving money for the organisation and keeping the staff lean. Initially I was very upset when i found out i had to juggle 3 person's job (including me). Now Im used to itOriginally posted by DeadPoet:Sigh, I was told I would be covering two person's duties for the next few months. Like that where got time to surf sgforums.
Not to mention we wont have any space on the roads left!!! it's already bloody congested as is. And imagine if more highways get built ERP will shoot up even more? Yikes!Originally posted by DeadPoet:Actually more than 65, but I have to agree with you soon the average Singaporean is going to become slaves of the local elites and foreign talents.

Anyway, just remember whatever happens - it's only a job. It pays the bills. Its life outside of work that is more important
