Where do you go to write?

It seems that I write best at home in the study area. I know that's kinda boring but I've tried other places like the park or quiet cafe, but outside, it's always either too hot or too distracting.
How about you guys? Do you write at home or do you go somewhere? -
I write better when listening to music.

On my side of the bed, in the dark with my laptop, usually after midnite. Perhaps the silence helps me to focus and think better.

In the toilet.

I write in moments of solitude and despair.
I write when there's sadness in the air.
Expressions are better when you are the devoid of emotions.
Hence, further invoked when you are lost in translations.

normally write after some movie or mtvs inspire me at home.

I can't write at work, even though I have loads of privacy and no one will know if I do it. I've tried, but it's impossible. Maybe I feel guilty doing it.
Things that come out just come out like rants, not poems.
When I write, I need a bit of music. The type of music depends on what I'm writing.

Well for me there's hardly any restrictions to write, since in my field of work it's expected of us to disappear every now and then with paper and pen, to dosh copy (and of course, dash off any sparkling inspired thoughts)
But I write best in the thick of night, when the room's lit by a single ambient light source, beer and cigarette in hand. -
Library would be good i highly recommend Geylang East library...Toilets are clean...Air-con is just nice not too cooling..Got good staffs there..

I write on sleepless nights. Somehow thoughts pour out better when emotions are high or when the brain seem to be on steriods.

write stuff like essays i will normally fall asleep to get insipirations i also did that durring exams..for poems..have to wait for it to come to u de lor..

Funny thing is although I am more creative at night, I think, but my actual writing is usually in the day. -
Not for me because I need to read my writing aloud, especially when I am in the final stage of completing a piece of work.
