The courses are actually offered by the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB). And they offer various levels of mandarin lessons. But if meltz is referring to friendship that is hard to come by and should be cherished, should use "nan de zhen gui".... though meltz used the wrong chinese character for "nan de" in the first draft. -
