the book clock was nice too, but the books there really chim, i only regconise sing to the dawn and tim burton's melancholy death of oyster boy there. -
I wanted to buy a Moleskine book, but I balk at the price ($37). I'm still a student, and for that price I can buy lunch for an entire week.
I think I'll just stick to cheapo A'Zone notebooks for my poetry. -
heh. for someone who can't abide shopping centers and the concept of retail therapy.... I sorta went berserk at BooksActually.
Spent $100 on mokeskines and assorted stationery. scary much?
That said, i love, love, LOVE how they have restored olivettis for sale. Methinks I'll be spending a considerable amount of disposable income there. -snicker -

It is the quality of the poems that counts. Let’s hope BooksActually will be around for a long time to come. It is not easy to run a bookshop in that kind of ‘ulu’ location. Since they have it on the 2nd Saturday every month, I will have it as our regular DPS (S) outing. I will try to attend every session although it may not be possible. If that is the case you guys will have to liaise among yourself especially when there is someone joining the session for the first time.Originally posted by LazerLordz:I really hope so.
