To a bright young spark

  There is no doubt
  that your ideas are wonderful
  and if executed, will make
  the world ideal. However,
  
  the world is not ideal
  and thus, will not submit
  to ideas that require ideal
  morals and ideally,
  selfless individuals
  who will execute them.
  
  "Why not? Why not?" You demanded
  I explain, why cannot. You waved
  your hands about, frantic like the wings
  of a dragonfly. You paced, and skipped
  here and back, like a water strider
  searching for a mate.
  
  I cannot agree with your ideas, so you forced
  a bookmark into a closed book,
  and laughed.

  It's not specifically who really. Because there's a lot of them. They like to come up with ideas that sound like they can make the workplace a utopian society where everything is equal and everyone shares everything. They think that deep down, everyone is generous and works for the best of everyone. I wonder, what world do these people live in anyway?

  Great images.
  
  Love the ending but I think you can do better with the linebreaks and the rest of the poem.
