  not just punk goth. there are far more kinds of goth than one could imagine. Anyways u may not believe in it, but sub cultures within a main culture is what makes any culture interesting. It also defines a lot about u.

  hmmm... why not? anyways goth is a whole lifestyle. thats why its almost non-existant in singapore. not easy to get the clothes n accessories.

  I like The crow, Edward scissorshand, Wednesday addams, emily the strange and oyster boy. Basically i like tim burton he's a great director and gothic charecter creator. Oyster boy and edward are both his creation

  lets see... well Edward's a cult classic. Emily the Strange's another. Ruby Gloom and Scary Miss Mary are kickAss, Roman Dirige's kewl as well. Oyster Boy is lovely as well. And yes I know all about Tim Burton, including what movies he has made. Beside Edward n Oysterboy, the upcoming Charlie and the Chocolate factory, as well as Corpsebride, are his. And u missed out his Nightmare before Christmas!
  
  He also directed Batman the Movie and Batman Returns, as well as Big Fish. Neil Gaiman is another fav, his books are fantastic, and I'm sure u've heard of his most well known creation, the Sandman. Voltaire is another greats of the culture, and I respect Andrew Eldritch and Robert Smith quite a bit for being forefathers of Goth.

  I've been trying to borrow Tim burton's works but all are in videos no books. only nightmare before christmas is availible.

  well it's up to personal views as to what is goth and what's not. There's no definition to it. I like scandanavian bands especially finnsh bands. Their music is more melodic and erotic and romantic

  well some of it actually passes for cyberpunk goth, so i guess not all's bad. Ever listened to Celtic music? they're nice goth music too.
