I like this line,
The gravy flows down like a waterslide.But I think it will sound better without ‘The’, ‘down’ and ‘a’.
Share a little secret with you, I was actually thinking of using ‘thick sticky sauce’ before I decided on ‘rosy sweet sauce’.
