Anybody tried the food at BigO Cafe.Restaurant? (At Wheelock Place)
Is it good?

hmm, goodie..
it was long ago, i cant rem wad i ate for main course, my friends and i shared two main courses...hmm roast chicken if not wrong, it was nice..
i rem big o mainly for its cake and ice cream combo, if u go between 3 to 6 pm, u get one free cake and ice cream for everyone ordered..something like th
one cake, one choice of ice cream
go try it, its damn delicious.
later i get my friend to post here..he noe what to recommend.. -

Any differences between BigO and NYDC? I am talking about the food. -

hmm, not much i guess, NYDC caters more for teens ,and Big O will appeal to the LRJJLB and PTT peeps...

diff between nydc and big o....price...ambience...crowd....nydc food is more to the pasta and italian styles...they are more known for their desserts...at the O, u get a more complete meal....abit more ex tho...but the most ex is 18.90 which is the lamb and the steak...try the big o platter for 2....32.90 i tink....damn filling...want cheap good and alot.....fish n chips....bacon wrap chicken leg is my favourite....for cakes....indecent obsession and g-spot(warm choc fudge cake) but a must try is the spike d cup.....durian choc cake....famous for that....hope it helps...personally all cakes are good...except the mocha cheesecake and tiramisu....mocha is too heavy and very jelat...tira is quite small and not worth the price....and theres an ice-cream and cake combo from 3-6 every weekday...oso applicable to public hols which falls on weekdays....

and fish and chipz for main course..
for desserts its the cake and ice cream combo

My O My - its one slice of Big O Cheesecake with one choice of ice cream
and another dessert, but not within the combo, but really high recommended is Spike D Cup..try it, its damn nice! Its durian spongecake, shaped like D cup..bigger than ef ai one..kekekke -

I just bought their heart-shaped Aphrodisiac cake, not too bad at all. My wife really likes it.
Next time I will try the durian choc cake. -

me always go olio dome or sakae when im at wheelock

I was at Sakae in the late afternoon for my brunch... Big O i never tried before but not appealing to me at all judging from the Menu however i do love NYDC Mudpies. As For Olio Dome i love the place at Wheelock, used to go there as an weekly affair...

Saint Gregory Brasserie is also great for gathering with SPA Feel enviroment with those Lavender scented Spritzer...not a bad choice too -
