No, from what i heard, JC maths is split into:
AO maths -> a bit of o level maths + a level
C maths -> normal people, liek me and you take. =) if you look up the assessment books in popular bookstore, etc. you'll see that, yes, this IS a continuation of amaths. just that they go deeper and teach you how to further do the sums and manipulate it. topics are essentially the same.
F maths -> Siao people take it. It's seriously seriously killer and long winded. even my maths teacher couldn't stand it a lot, cos it's tedious, and she loves maths. however, it's good because it opens up more options for you in Uni. Take this only if you're super zai.
as for s paper, i think it's only for c maths.
