Singapore now is a so called- average country rated in the whole world.
But our port facilities are among the best in the world. (And so are the sex for sale industry)
Well... we defintely need to have good port facilities coz we are a pit stop between the East and the West.(And so do the sex for sale industry.)
I would rate Singapore a 7 and a half. -

whoa Shit, when I saw the title of this thread, I was immediately reminded of dreaded English exams where you have to write 500 word essays based on meaningless Shit such as "In civilized society..." or "A mistake..." or "Betrayal..." or "I touch myself at night...".
I hate English, I just wrote an essay exam today.
