  study something, then try to explain it to yourself and see if you truely understand.

  Consistency in studying. Don't do last min. work. Anything don't understand - ASK.
  Get hold of 10 yrs. series & other schools test papers for practice.

  For subjects like Combined Humanities, History and Geography, the only thing you can do memorise, memorise and memorise. Mind maps are crap.
  
  For mathematics, just practise loh.
  
  For science, Ten-Year Series! Confirm A1!
