  for handy one.. i prefer collin`s pocket
  
  the sec sch one u can use LONGMAN`s active study
  for sec sch more than enuff..
  45 k definitions
  
  lower sec/pri sch can use the PACIFIC`s junior

  The best u go see ur school bookshop or the book list... Tat wat the school recommened... coz usually diff school have diff recommendation... U want, longman is a gd choice lor...

  in singapore, we use Queen's English
  
  there are American English dictionaries out there too... words hav different spelling and usage...
