do u think it's necessary??
like pg, nc-16, m-18.. de age gaps so small onli.. does it realli make a diff.. 
so many restrictions.. den cannot watch de nice shows.. 
also not say we too young, den cannot take it.. will grose out or wadsoeva..

in the end, our society is still largely conservative. wat the youngsters think is not wat the rest of society thinks. and these ratings are there to satisfy everyone not just a certain group of people.
perhaps if u put urself in ur mother's shoes, or imagine u r a mother to young children, u will understand the rationale of these ratings... -

Hehe,mine better,I was only like I think 12-13 when I watch Final Fantasy the show and was only allowed for nc-16 -

PG and R21 are necessary. Also, now beside the ratings, there are indications on what types of the movies are. For example M18 - Mature Theme, PG - Supernatural Theme, NC16 - Sexual Content etc. -
