Jus think about a situation whereby you will only have 1 yr or in other case, 365 of days to live. What things will u do? How are u going to make good use of it?
As for me myself, i will try to get things which i wanted badly to be done within the one yr. Spend more times with my friends and acheive something and leave the world with good memories.

i think each stage of life, we have always thought of it...
When we are during the nursery and pre-school age, we always wondered how things work and the magnificence of sweets.
Then when reaching the primary school stage, the feelings of love begin to set in and we wonder how it feels like kissing the opposite sex and sharing our deepest secrets.
Then during the secondary school stage, we are introduced to further relationships and toy with the ideas of sex and marriage. Porn is also introduced during this stage Haha, during this stage, we are often amazed at the dignity of being in army and being inside a SP or during a parade 
Also introduced to smoking
Haha the tertiary stage is the best stage in my life. Sex is practiced widely here in this stage. Multi racial understandings and relationships also appear. Further studying also requires further entertainment at night spots. Introduced to the different types of alcohol. At this stage, fear sets in instead of pride to be in army -

Most ppl are so caught up in the paper chase or $$ chase that we have not yet had the time to stop n smell the roses..
I seriously doubt there will be anyone whom after knowing that he had 1 yr left to live will say there's nothing else he wans to do cos he already lived everyday to his fullest.
