if your mind want to run longer u can tahan one
just that u had a weak mind
i used to be one weak mind, i admit
but after i am in camp, i start to train up fast
keep running all day long
even after dinner, own free time, ask a few bunk mates to run with me
5km per night
at slow pace lah
slowly can build up one
there is no easy way out
so can forget about taking pills or anything
just do more running, jumping jacks is good training
best record is 200 non stop
hope u would break mine record
