a handful of red dates
a handful of black dates
a handful of honey dates
one luo han guo
one small handful of yang2 shen1 xu1
then cook the dates all together in a pot of water for about an hour plus, add in the luo han guo and yang shen xu and cook for about 10-15 minutes and drink
