im pedigree teochew but the teochew food of singapore oredi highly imperialised..........i oso dunno which are the authentic ones......
the main differences are the methods/ways of cooking, seasoning, garnishing and presenting i guess....... -

just had teochew food yesterday at teochew city @ centerpoint (not too sure resturant name). love the goose meat, oyster omelette, fish, yam paste.
teochew eat a lot of fish as anicent teochews are fishermen. food is usually quite healthy. i love steam fish and stuff. personal fav is still steam promfret done teochew style. -
